Helen Damas Profile

I am a fully insured and qualified British Wheel of Yoga teacher with 8 years experience. My class is suitable for beginners to intermediate. It covers asana work (postures), limbering, breathwork, meditation and deep relaxation.

Jane Moloney Profile

I teach classical Hatha Yoga in the Mary Smithells room on a Wednesday morning (school term time only)  from 9.30 a.m. to 10.45 a.m.

I hold  diplomas from the Friends of Yoga Society International  (FRYOG) in both Yoga and Yoga Nidra.  I hold current First Aid certification. am CRB checked, have full insurance cover and am a member of REPS (Register of Exercise Professionals).  Classes are suitable for any age from 13 upwards.
Small and friendly yoga with a smile.  I teach small groups to allow for individual attention.
